Fedora is an international security firm, providing smart and technological solutions for the protection of large-scale facilities such as college campuses, construction sites, cannabis farms and elderly homes. Fedora analyzes each site’s specific needs and creates tailor-made security programs in a wide range of fields: ranging from installing water flow detection modules in construction sites, as well as perimeter protection sensors in elderly homes.

The Challenge

Creating a coherent brand language for a company with vastly different target audiences.

Brand Identity

Working with Fedora, our initial goal was to create a coherent visual language and brand identity. Knowing that the fedora hat icon was an element that the company wanted to preserve, we focused on updating the logotype and color scheme. A set of icons was created to represent the different markets that the company is targeting and the color palette was expanded to reflect different services offered. Fedora’s core values of credibility, technology, customization and reliability are all reflected within the new visual identity.

App UI

FedSecGuard is an emergency button app, offered by Fedora to its clients. The is used to signal an SOS call by people in distress such as college students on campuses or residents of elderly homes. We worked with Fedora on the UI of the app, designing it to be part of the brand identity, with a clear and functional call to action. Using the company logo, we created a custom icon for the app.

Marketing Tools

Digital brochures are one of Fedora’s main marketing tools, written and designed specifically for different sectors and sent directly to potential clients. The brochures present the company’s profile and detail its technological capabilities, vast experience and its advantages in each specific environment. Using illustrations and simple infographics, extensive information is presented in a clear and accessible way.


Since implementing their new brand identity, Fedora has been able to substantially grow its clientele in different parts of the world. Fedora’s brand has gained strength and credibility in emerging markets such as medicinal cannabis farms in North America.
