Spatter is a mobile app, functioning as an open stage to communicate anonymously with people based on geographic location. Spatters are profile-less notifications that can be posted on any real-world place or location — one’s home, favorite comic book store, a park, or a subway stop.
Spatters last for as long as the user specifies: hours, days, weeks, months, or forever.
We were tasked with designing the app from scratch, defining the app screens and creating the brand language and UI.
Original icons were created to signify different kinds of Spatters and a bold color palette was selected to evoke an exciting and playful user experience.
